Caps Westwood Cycles, our wonderful sponsor, will be offering a bicycle and helmet checkups and maintenance for the Slow Food Cycle Tours.

Cap’s Westwood Cycle is a family owned and operated business by Kelly and Glen Hobbis. Glen’s dad “Cap”, started the business in 1932 and Kelly and Glen carry on the family tradition in their Port Coquitlam Cap’s Westwood Cycle location and at their Westwood Cycle @ Rocky Point location in Port Moody. From tricycles to road bikes and everything in between, Westwood Cycle will look after all your cycling needs.

Cap’s Westwood Cycle is offering for all registered cycle tour participants a complimentary bicycle and helmet check-up starting August 1.  Contact their stores to schedule your check-up.  Please note that for helmets, they cannot be any older than 5 years (Health Canada standards). Cap’s will also provide bike checks on each of the event days (on site) under their tent.
