Wednesday, March 28th  - 7:30pm at the Italian Cultural Centre Food Fair & Food and Wine Tasting

Enjoy fresh mozzarella prepared by Mastro Casaro Luigi, a fine glass of wine and take part in a cooking workshop.

Sapori di Puglia is a four (4) day event showcasing the typical cuisine of Puglia, Italy with Chef Lucia Di Domenico of Orsara di Puglia, and Mastro Casaro (Master Cheesmaker), also from Puglia, Luigi De Luca.

Saturday, March 31st 6pm Gala Event in the Italian Cultural Centre Ballroom
Enjoy an evening of fine wine and food from the region of Puglia. Dinner created and prepared by the Chef Lucia Di Domenico using typical products from the region.
