Slow Food Night at Bella Gelateria. 

Today, more than in the past, industry has found ways to make almost everything faster, cheaper and less complicated. While this may work for  computers, cars or fast food, it does not hold true for gelato. 

James Coleridge, the owner of Bella Gelateria, believes in the slow food  movement and the 100-mile diet where possible, and he takes the time to get  to know his farmers and producers either at their farms or at the local Farmers  Markets. The quality of his gelato and sorbetto depends on the quality of how  his ingredients are grown; this is why his farmers and producers are so  important for Bella Gelateria.  

At “Slow Food Night at Bella Gelateria”, James will present his new gelato,  made with sustainably harvested Nova Scotia apples, to show that even  produce that is in danger of becoming extinct can still be enjoyed responsibly.  So, please join us and make a difference while tasting the difference!
