“From the Olive Grove” cookbook launch

From the Olive Grove is a cookbook filled with family recipes made with olive oil. Written by mother-daughter duo Helen & Anastasia Koutalianos.
Helen Koutalianos produces, imports and distributes certified organic olive oil from her family estate in Greece. Golden Olive Eleni is a favourite among chefs in Vancouver and boasts the best flavour, aroma and taste. Helen is also a former Greek cooking instructor and food columnist for The News.
The cookbook also boast 13 recipes from top chefs, including:
