Chocolate Making Workshop

Following a successful chocolate tasting and talk earlier this year, Slow Food Vancouver members Edward and Jane Suter of Schokolade Café are back with a Chocolate Making Workshop. 

Edward is a Swiss-trained fine pastry chef and chocolatier with more than 25 years experience.  The workshop will involve participants learning about chocolate, and making their own truffles, molded chocolates or dipped chocolates which they can then take home.

Cost:  $20 per person (includes instruction, ingredients and chocolates to take home)
