We are pleased to welcome Chef Mara Jernigan from Vancouver Island this evening. An accomplished Chef, Mara opened her own Field to Table cooking school, farmed, and ran a Culinary Retreat and Guesthouse at Fairburn Farm. She has been featured in publications such as Gourmet, Saveur and Travel & Leisure. She founded Vancouver Island
