Brunch on the Farm

Sunday, July 12th

Co-hosted by Limbert Mountain Farm & Farmhouse Natural Cheeses.

A “Farm to Table” celebration of food grown in Agassiz, prepared and served outdoors, surrounded by the sights and sounds of farm life.  Agassiz, 6 Km from Harrison Hot Springs, has become the “local food” gem of the Fraser Valley, producing a vast array of fresh produce as well as farm based food products. In the past few years, the Taste of Agassiz event garnered much attention for its focus on fine local foods, encouraging people to look to local producers and suppliers for healthy food. This year, the Brunch on the Farm event replaces the Taste of Agassiz, and offers an exciting new experience.

Brunch on the Farm is hosted by two Agassiz farms; Farm House Natural Cheeses, and Simply Fine Foods at Limbert Mountain Farm.  Each location will feature a variety of locally grown foods, crafted into an amazing menu that complements the season, served with great conviviality to the sounds of live music.  Guests will choose from one of the two locations.

Simply Fine Foods at Limbert Mountain Farm with guest Chef Robert Clark, Executive Chef from “C”, “Rain City Grill”, and “Nu” Restaurants in Vancouver, will feature West Coast cuisine with a herbal twist.  Farm House Natural Cheeses, with guest Chef Quang Dang from “C” Restaurant, will serve a traditional Swiss Farm House menu.
