A Chocolate Workshop in time for Easter
“Exploring the World of Chocolate” with Edward Suter, award winning Chocolatier at Schokolade Artisan Chocolate Cafe
Make a moulded 3D chocolate form, decorate with contrasting chocolate. Learn various techniques such as rolling and dipping truffles and caramels. Lots of information from our Chocolatier about how cocoa is grown and processed, how chocolate is made, and how to select and store good quality chocolate for home use. Taste exquisite artisan chocolate, sample our signature Ancient Aztec hot chocolate, and take home all your finished chocolate pieces.
5% discount on all chocolates purchased in-store during the class. Course includes all materials, take home finished products, instructions.
