Friday Night Ukrainian Suppers

While not a Slowfood event, sharing a dinner table and breaking bread together is a great way to learn about a culture!  Taste the traditional food of the Ukraine and visit with people who are well-acquainted with Ukrainian art, language and music.

This is a regular event held on the first Friday of the month at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, located at 154 E. 10th Ave, Vancouver, 604 876-4747

Since the fall of 1995, they have been offering a delicious selection of Ukrainian foods prepared fresh by the wonderful volunteers of the Parish.

There is usually a line up of hungry patrons, so coming early is highly recommended!  Make sure you call the church first before heading out just to make sure the event is still on.
