Those who attend are expected to bring back lessons learned to share with both their immediate food community and the broader public including the media. Sharing of this information will take place at various Slow Food functions.

If you would like to apply, please complete the attached form and return it to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) by April 20, 2012.  Applicants must be members of Slow Food. Those who are not currently members can join online at “http://www.slowfood.com” .  Indicate Vancouver Convivium.  While there are a limited number of delegate positions, you may also apply as an observer.

If you are from outside the Vancouver to Hope area where there is no local Slow Food convivium, please contact us and we can work with you on your nomination. If you live on Vancouver Island, contact your local convivium for further information.

In partnership with FarmFolk/CityFolk, we are raising funds to subsidize the airfare for our delegates and to have a display.  To donate to the fund visit farmfolkcityfolk.ca.
